Our Team


Adrien Albert

Hi, my name is Adrien Albert and owner of LivePhysical Fitness.  I am a fitness coach with specialities in Sports Performance, Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss,Boxing, MMA Conditioning and Fitness Nutrition.  I have attended Washington State University and Langston University in Oklahoma.  I am originally from Brooklyn, New York then moved out to Southern California in 2005.  I have always been into fitness because I was involved in sports all of my life.  But in 2007 I decided to turn pro in fitness and helping others do the same because I feel that is what I was meant to do and wanted to change the way we look at fitness today.  I find great pleasure in getting to know people and helping them conquer their own challenges and achieve their fitness goals.   I primarily like to work with athletes that are trying to get to the next level in their respective sport and weight loss prospects because it’s life changing, but welcome everyone that want to live a healthy lifestyle.  So if you would like to push the limits and find out how far you can go in achieving your personal health goals, LivePhysical Fitness is the place for you!!!


Alyssa McCormick

Hi, my name is Alyssa McCormick and I’m a fitness coach here at LivePhysical Fitness.  Growing up I played many sports and lived an active lifestyle.  It wasn’t until high school that I started learning about the benefits of leading an active lifestyle and how it can make you stronger not only physically but mentally.  In college I found my major passion in the field of kinesiology and knew I was going to pursue a career dedicated to educating others of the importance of physical fitness.  I have an extensive background working with seniors, teaching yoga and aqua aerobics.  I am looking forward to helping improve people’s lifestyle and making a difference through private personal training.  Let me help you achieve your fitness goals.

Fit Camps

Our fit camps is a type of group physical training program that consist of 6-10 people to achieve different goals conducted in the gym and outdoors. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time, while bringing people together to work as a team and see the value of a strong support system.

Pull Your Weight I

Mondays, Thursdays
1pm – 1:45pm

11am – 11:45am

By combining battle ropes, pulleys, and rope climbing, this beginner level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.


Pull Your Weight II

Tuesdays, Fridays
11am – 12am

10am – 11am

Here we incorporate cardio intervals between rope exercises to help you build leaner muscles. This class is for those who have taken at least four sessions of Pull Your Weight I.


Strength & Cardio Circuit

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
2pm – 2:45pm

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks.


Open Coaching

Tuesdays, Thursdays
7pm – 8pm

7:45am – 8:45am

This class allows anyone that wants to train and need assistance with proper form, motivation or just need a spot, our coaches will be available to teach and assist you through your workout.


Weight Training

Tuesdays, Thursdays
3pm – 4pm

9am – 10am

Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need.
