Adrien Albert

Hi, I'm Adrien Albert and owner of LivePhysical Fitness. Specializing in Sports Performance, Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss,Boxing, MMA Conditioning and Fitness Nutrition, we offer a variety of options to improve your health.  I have attended Washington State University and Langston University in Oklahoma.  Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I relocated to Southern California in 2004.  I have always been into fitness because I was involved in sports all of my life.  In 2007, I decided to pursue a career fitness to help people improve their lives.  I find great pleasure in getting to know people, help them conquer their own challenges and achieve their fitness goals.   I work with athletes that are trying to get to the next level in their respective sport and weight loss prospects because it’s life changing, and I work with everyone that want to live a healthier lifestyle.  So if you would like to push the limits and find out how far you can go in achieving your personal health goals, LivePhysical Fitness is the place for you!!!

Fit Camps

Our fit camps is a type of group physical training program that consist of 6-10 people to achieve different goals conducted in the gym and outdoors. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time, while bringing people together to work as a team and see the value of a strong support system.

Total Body Challenge 1

Mondays, Thursdays
1pm – 1:45pm

By combining battle ropes, pulleys, and rope climbing, this beginner level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.


Total Body Challenge II

Tuesdays, Fridays
11am – 12pm
Here we incorporate cardio intervals between rope exercises to help you build leaner muscles. This class is for those who have taken at least four sessions of Total Body Challenge I.


Strength & Cardio Circuit

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
2pm – 2:45pm

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks.

This class allows anyone that wants to train and need assistance with proper form, motivation or just need a spot, our coaches will be available to teach and assist you through your workout. Each class time will have a posted WOD(workout of the day) in case you don’t have a workout for that day.


Weight Training

Tuesdays, Thursdays
3pm – 4pm

Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need.
